Held between February 18th and 19th, 2014 at Bridge View Hotel, Lilongwe. This workshop was organized by Ministry of Water Development and Irrigation, Water Supply Services Department in collaboration with the Malawi – National Library Service as a part of the activities of the Project for Enhancement of Operation and Maintenance for Rural Water Supply, funded by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), for improvement of documents management within the Department.
